Creeping Accountability

Accountability post 1.

Earlier this week I wrote about getting back to the gym and doing a better job managing my food intake. I committed to reporting on my weight loss progress every Friday and this is my first report.

I made it to the gym every morning this week except for Thursday and that was as a result of a sick baby.  I’ve charted my food intake every day and only cheated once.  I had ice cream last night after I was already at my calorie total for the day.  When I weighed in on Monday I was 216lbs.  My weight today is 214.6.  A good start for week one.  I just have 14.6lbs to go.
